Food Vendor Booth Application

Thanks for your interest in being a food vendor at the Strut! Please follow these three steps to complete your application.

STEP 1. Read the food vendor terms and conditions here (you may want to print this PDF for reference).

STEP 2. Submit your information online to the Strut, using the form below; OR print a hard copy of the application using the button on the right and submit it with the rest of your packet (see step 4).

STEP 3. Send your completed packet by August 27, 2010 to East Atlanta Strut c/o Wendy Hughess, 800 fulton Terrace SE, Atlanta, Ga. 30316. Make sure you have enclosed the following:

Completed Application
The Strut booth fee (see the terms and conditions for amount)
Your sample menu and price list (if not already included in your online application)
