We’ll match your 2-hour Strut volunteer shift with a cool shirt AND a donation to a local nonprofit to the tune of $50, or $100 if you take on a shutdown shift.

Waiver and Release

By checking this checkbox I hereby state my intention to participate as a volunteer at a festival produced by East Atlanta Village Strut, Inc. (“EAVS”), consisting of music, food and beverage vending, artists market, silent auction, kids’ area and parade (the “Event”). I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the Event. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby waive, release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless EAVS and its directors, committee chairs, and agents, as well as all organizers, sponsors, partners, supervisors, other volunteers, and participants involved in the organization, coordination, promotion and presentation of the Event, from all liability for any damage, loss, or injury to person or property which may be sustained as a result of my participation in the Event, even if such damage, loss, or injury is the result of negligence, in whole or in part, of any such individuals and entities. Further, I hereby agree that I may be treated on the scene and/or taken to a doctor or hospital in case of any injury at the Event. I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Waiver and Release agreement and that I am freely and voluntarily signing it.
